I have been bawling with every beach scene but this one turned me into a puddle. Everything that we missed when Derek died was given to us in these scenes. A proper goodbye.
I'm sorry but the beach scenes are awful and are just awkward to watch. The acting, writing, directing: all of it. Didn't think I could imagine a world in which I don't want MerDer scenes but apparently I'm living in it.
The scene between Zolo and Meredith saved this episode, though. So sweet.

Aw man, as much as I like seeing Meredith awake again, I’m gonna miss those heaven-beach scenes. We said goodbye once to Derek, George, Lexie and Mark. And now, it feels like losing them all over again. I won’t even mention DeLuca cause it’s too soon. Oops snif snif
