Wasn't too bad. The kids can be irritating. There seemed to be no need to use little torches in the tunnel. Yeah
The weird script moments that stuck out for me on this episode were 1) I’ve never heard any English kid call it “prep” school! 2) in all my 48 years of living in England no one I’ve known has ever kept a “road flare” in their car 3) EVERYBODY likes “Kiss From A Rose” don’t they? (if they don’t they have no taste lol)
too much children... i skipped most of the episode bc they have so much plot armor for their stupidity i dont care about anything. They also dont bring much to the story and information. Idk who thought it would be a good idea to have the main focus on them. 4 eps and the black stuff wasnt even used and that was the story I was interested in, and the family, tho the brother is more and more annoying but that's just the wanna-be-alpha thing starting to come out bc of growing up... yet i wouldn't mind killing him... but kid plot armor x.x

That “oh my god” moment needed Janice from Friends. And, of course, if there are a lot of aliens wanting to eat you, you wait for them to eat you… why run?
This script is at The Rise of Skywalker level. It was disconnected from everything—very, very bad writing.
Really enjoyed this episode. I'm not too much of a fan of the kids. It's really gone downhill in my opinion since Caspar entered that coma, but I loved the new twist on the aliens. This is the first real bit of terror since season one and I'm hoping it will continue in that vein. I wanna see some aliens destroying shit.
