So I made a list inspired by Cinefix top 100 for TV shows and games. Then took that entire list, and put it into a tournament bracket generator and then see how the ranking ended up.

Canceled TV shows that didn't get closure. Most of them probably ends with a cliffhanger or unresolved plotlines. (If my memory is correct.)

They have powers or some kind of technology, they use it to investigate crime. It is episodic with dark 90s or 2000s vibes. Generally only lasted a single season and had a low budget.
