Munich and the surrounding area are the location of the real-life series broadcast on weekdays, in which the real inspectors Alexandra Rietz, Michael Naseband and Gerrit Grass as well as the actor Jonas Rohrmann as inspector Robert Ritter work on invented but realistic cases.
The entire everyday life of the police is shown, from the dreary study of files to telephone research and meetings to chases, observations and the interrogation of witnesses. Michael Mayer, who, like Jonas Rohrmann, is a trained actor and in the series Dr. Christian Alsleben plays.
