Still lame that they killed off the wife. Just so the Kings of Queen wife can be a regular. When they just play friends in this.
There's some laughs of course but I miss the wife who, again they have written out for no good reason.
Ugh- watched the first episode of season 2- killing off the wife killed the show.. The laughter? forced. The reasoning behind the wedding? forced.. Leah Remini and Kevin James "together again"... If I wanted to watch King of Queens, I would.. nope- this WAS a good show. It's done now... thinking it may not last the whole season
I’m done. Worst episodes of last season were the ones with Remini in them and now she’s a regular? Nope. Let’s all check back here a year from now and see if there is a season 3 section to post comments in. I’m willing to bet there won’t be.
I'm really pissed off that they bumped Erinn Hayes off the show just to bring back Leah Remini. That is awful business practice. The dynamic between the two was perfect for the show. I'm not really feeling Leah's harsher New York vibe even though I absolutely loved King of Queens. Kevin can wait wasn't broken, why fix it? I feel like a traitor watching this version when one of the main characters has been removed in such a manner. The blatant lack of ethics here is giving me serious doubts as to whether I should continue to view or not.
Of course. Another Hollywood show portraying a one parent household. We can’t have two parents running the household showing how a family should be now can we. Must be disfunction or it’s not Hollywood. What a shame. It was such a good show. But I’m sure Hayes is better off leaving. Hopefully Leah Remini will stop with the collagen in the lips or Botox or whatever she’s been doing with her face. She always looked good naturally.
