1x01 Pilot

I really like this. Most sitcoms tend to have an a,b and C plot spread over an episode this often is the same but told as separate stories in their own right. This gives a different tone and balance to the episode that some won't want to accept. standard sitcoms tend to rely (IMO) too heavily on an A or C plot being finalised at the end of an episode to get the big laugh. This usually can't do that nevertheless I enjoy it, especially the character humour (Jen is my favourite). subtle and not so subtle character traits can be more funny then gags especially with characters this strong in a pilot. it gets better but in the third season may be running it's course as it relies more and more on gags. if you prefer gag humour maybe season 2 or 3 is more your style.

Not funny at all. Not sure how some people could compare this to Modern Family...

Really awful show. Third story of the four was the only funny one of the group. Let's hope the cancellation bear claims a victim if it doesn't improve.

I didn't laugh once until I got to the third story. That one was gold!
