A whistling, dancing mouse opens up the cartoon and he's a cute little guy. There's not a lot of Porky in this short but Porky does a little rapping before he and his fish backup singers introduce us to the pet shop with a song. The fish, eels, and other assorted aquatic critters go to war against a hungry cat and drive him out of the store. There's a gag where a mussel flexes his anchor-tattooed arms (a not-so-veiled Popeye reference, I suppose) and punches the cat, so there's that. The ending doesn't make much sense but sometimes that's how Clampett rolls.
