Awesome episode with a plot twist at the end I was hoping wouldn't pan out. I understand why Ethan decided to put Mattie behind him and continue living with the family he made while undercover ... Doesn't mean it didn't hurt my heart! It's a shame he's not returning , with Samantha Cage having just sort of... left and now forgotten, though Leanna is a wonderful addition to the team, I can't help but imagine how cool it would have been to have Ethan join the Phoenix. He would have worked well in a dynamic with Dalton, even despite their opposite music tastes.
Also surprising but always great to see Sendhil Ramamurthy as an addition to a cast - watched him in Heroes growing up and was excellent in Beauty and the Beast and this year's new show Reverie, but loved him in Covert Affairs especially.
