Basically a filler episode, with some US Army propaganda (and more generally pro cops propaganda too, on the Katsumoto story line) in it, all of it rather heavy handed. The different threads themselves were pretty boring and left me unconcerned and unmoved by any of the characters this time. Let's hope it picks up in further episodes, so far I'm not that enchanted with the whole season.
