This upset me! THis is what happens when you give stupid people weapons! This blood was entirely on the Navy's hand! How could a civilian aircraft respond to military frequencies ? And the wuss that got so afraid he imagined the aircraft descending and reported as such! And more and more evidence! What's even more disgusting is the sloppy investigation that followed by the US Navy that covered its own men's fatal mistakes and even awarded them the highest honors. This shows how truly they belittled the 290 lives that were killed in that tragic day!
