They decided to make a filler involving the characters from Road to Ninja. But this makes no sense for the Infinite Tsukuyomi. The Genjutsu is very strong and you don't realize that it is fake. This episode is also just Road to Ninja with Tenten's version of Guy and Lee so it is really a re-hash of old filler. Would have been better if they had fleshed out the main characters perfect worlds from the manga. Plus nothing happens in this episode to warrant so much time wasted.
