Not a bad episode that gives some updates on people throughout the 4 seasons. Nathan doesn't give any real insight into his he makes the show so it was a little disappointing.
The most interesting behind the scenes account I've read was Jasmin (the girl Nathan dated as Corey in the Hero episode). I think it's on Reddit where she talks about her time on set, what she knew but wasn't shown, things that were shot but not used (like 2 other girls Nathan-corey dated and a 2nd date with Jasmin where he asked to kiss her but only the audio of that question was used over the top of the first date). There is clearly a lot of manipulation going on but I doubt Nathan is the type to ever reveal his secrets. I will have to send him my resume and ask for a job on his next show.
