This episode gave me Ghost Whisperer vibes. I'm glad that it's added some depth to the struggles of Nell. Still not feeling the friend chemistry or the gelling of any of the office folk tbh. The final line gave me a little laugh though.
Gina's belly was already quite visible in this episode. <3

This show occasionally touches on some tough themes but I don't know if it ever goes far enough. Most of the side characters feel lost, despite the talented roster, Lexi and Sam haven't really clicked yet (for me) despite the wonderful actresses. Dennis mostly feels lost. Cricket and especially Edward do the most with the short time they're on.
Lastly - I don't know if the show has any real direction. The Monty reveal feels limited to the story for that episode, and not something planned out.
