Dorian and Lily get a new pet. We see Jekyll's work, with the obvious implications. Obviously Ethan escapes, with a beautiful massacre, that was the minimum setup to start his storyline.
The two big killing scenes are amazing. As are Jekyll's experiments.
And Vanessa's new boyfriend is actually Dracula. Seems to have a pretty easy time in the sun though. I feel they should have waited a little more to reveal that.
In the end, it's still setting, nothing much happens, but the episode was great nonetheless.
Those endings are getting better each episode.
I was starting to guess the ID of Dracula after the picture show, and for some reason, I'm kind of disappointed. Seemed obvious though.
I'm getting bored of Lily and Dorian's storyline though. I want to keep following Ethan but I don't care for his little witch groupie.
This show continues to delight. You just don't get these macabre horror themes being presented with such taste and tact. That ending though... Wow.
That ending... I did not see that coming. I guess he also uses his Batman voice when he's being Dracula. Must be a common thing among creatures of the night.
Dorian and Lilly looked like they were starring in their own action movie when they suddenly started slaughtering everyone in the room, at the beginning of the episode. Apart from that unexpected and exciting moment, the odd couple and Viktor seem to be competing for most boring character of the season.
Meanwhile, Dr. Jekyll slowly and steadily proves himself to be an interesting addition to this season's roster.
I'm already enjoying this season way more than the previous one. Maybe it's because the characters are so apart from each other, I don't know. They were feeling dull when they were a group...

FUUUCK! This episode was a tad slow for me, but the ending... It may have been predictable, given how the show is, but I actually didn't see that coming. My poor Vanessa... When will she have something good for her :-(

That beginning and ending tho... Enjoyed this a lot more than the first episode.
And we're only on episode 2 and Victor is already annoying me so much.
