What a great concept for an episode - I love how the mythic status of Phineas and Ferb themselves are constantly played up within the show itself. Literally every kid in town knows about their stuff! It allows them to not live in a vacuum - their actions have repercussions and actually matter in the grand scheme of things. And while I feel this is another episode that, while a fan favourite, isn't my personal favourite, I can totally see why it is for a lot of people.
Most of the humor of this episode comes from the ridiculous situation, and it is very funny and to see it fool Albert is priceless. The Doof plot is a bit on the weaker side but it does have great moments ("The biocarbonate soda is for my motion sickness") throughout that make it worth it.
