Malcolm could've denied everything to Jessica. The blood stain is just a stain, it doesn't prove anything. I have books with blood stains on the side of them from cutting myself while reading them. Malcolm shouldn't have rolled over so easily, because he knows how mentally unstable Jessica is and how she can destabilize Ainsley.
Bellamy Young was fantastic in this episode as momma Whitley. I feel even more bad for Malcolm because everyone always looked at him weird, expecting him to turn into his father, when in fact its the person they least expected because its a woman . .I could have called Ainsley's psycho tendencies a mile away. we'll see how long Malcom can try to protect her.

This season is a lot of fun. The first episode was the only rocky start it had. There were some great Martin scenes especially in this one.
