Factual errors The courtroom scenes are a complete shambles. It goes back and forth between the prosecution and the defense when calling witnesses rather than the prosecution presenting all of their witnesses and then the defense presenting all of theirs. At one point the defense lawyer even says "Defense rests", but then the prosecution calls another witness. Maybe this is how courts operate in Canada, where the series was shot, but it certainly doesn't represent the court system of the U.S.A., where the series is suppose to take place.
