I'm not saying I dislike this show, because I'm hooked... but it's very unbelievable. Written more like a stage play at times. The characters feel like something from an anime with how over-the-top they are. The only person that doesn't seem so over-the-top is Kiefer Sutherland but obviously he has some crazy untold stories going on. maybe this show is using the title more closely and this is some Alice tumbling down some Matrix Rabbit Hole or something? I'm not a fan of this Hailey character as she just seems like a poorly written character there for some comedy and romance, maybe some manipulation too.

I really wanted to like this as I like Kiefer Sutherland and the cliffhangers have been pretty good but man the overall writing sucks. The FBI character is terrible. The dialogue between Kiefer and Hailey in the car was abysmal. The editing is also very weird. The cut to end that scene was very poor. I don't know. I'll give it a 3rd episode, but it's not really landing for me. And the story isn't cohesive.

These flashbacks are such a waste of time. The writing is a bit sloppy too.

Not as good as episode 1... the dumb shit is starting to creep in. The sassy black woman, the fight with the skateboarder, the retarded indian detective. Very dumb. But we'll see... I think the villain will turn out to be ChatGPT, but I think another show already did that. Still, Charles Dance, can't go wrong with him.

"You've NO idea who I am, have you?"
"Yes...., you're Sardo Numsie, and, you could cut off his fingers, "just like that" because you found the Ajanti Dagger.

OK, so, he zip ties her to the steering wheel as a security measure, but leaves the keys in the car? Uh..., yeah.

I don't...what, get out much?

Or, certain characters are indelible:
Sardo Numspa from, "The Golden Child," OR, better than that...
Benedict from, "Last Action Hero," with that glass eye with the cross-hairs target on it!
YOW! That's Dad?
HaHaHa-HaHaHa
Okay!

Huh! Okay ... as long as you keep my mind teased, I'm sold.
