By now I guess everything in this show is questionable...
Seriously, if you tell the viewer that you’re hallucinating because oxygen is low which is why the torches are burning low and literally 3 seconds later you see a wide angle of the shot and all torches are burning just fine someone will notice... that is seriously not caring!
If that would’ve been a onetime only thing: fine! But they’re walking for ten more minutes and the torches are lightening fine. Suddenly Miles notices that the torches are burning big time (like normal/before) so there of course must be an exit near by. eyesrolling

They did make some easy mistakes with the torches. A mistake like that does not ruin an episode. It subtracts a point or 2. That missing point is made up for with the bad ass Rachael ending. I never liked her much but she does this cold hearted bad ass thing more than once in this series.
