I know that they need to have things happen so that the story can have certain results. However my first thought was that Cabe is supposed to know what he is doing, and if he can take the akle cuff off then I am sure that he can put it on, so umm, why the hell didn't he have the smarts to just put it on the other ankle?! WTF?
