Can't believe they're just dropping the old story and only making six episodes and doing a reboot...seems dumb...what was wrong with the last season idk I guess this show might be ending after season three -.-
The original characters are being written out with a totally new story and cast. Way to alienate the people who actually watch this show. I don't expect a season 4 after this.
Could have at least finished the first story before a new one.
Mixing up the demographics was about the only change done here... I guess it was a nice touch to include Tony Todd with that but that's about it. "Glowing in the dark" white guy had to die because he was "a racist on the inside"... Oh boy! Now that is intelligent dialogue that makes sense... A very poor setup of the backstory so far and the party having everyone in Ghostface masks was the cringe on top. No one expects horror writing to be very grounded but they are not even trying.
I‘m so glad they use the original Ghostface mask. I liked this episode a lot, it feels more like the Scream movies than the first two seasons.
Why the season 3 isn't the sequel of the season 2? lol
I enjoyed the story of Emma and her friends, there was so many questions left open.. and they just dropped the old series, why?

It was okay. They just need to make the kills more bloody but not Slasher bloody.
Not a bad start for the season. Decent set up. Here's hoping it picks up steam and turns out better than the last two seasons.
Well, they have the stereotypes covered. Overall, I tuned in despite not expecting much from the reboot, but it wasn't too shabby thanks to some of the casting. And two bloody deaths in the pilot is also more than I expected, so there's that.
Is it me or did this show use to be A LOT better?
That was kinda painful to watch. The writing was so bad.
Yet another show that has gone with the white people are bad and stupid. Can't they do diversity and inclusion without pointing it out? Its say, "Hi Americans, we know your dumb so we will spell out what you must think now. Look clever black people and a gay person that isn't promiscuous, they can all be friends... if your not then some fucker in a mask will kill you."
At least the original Ghostface mask is back.... Otherwise it is still annoying that they started from scratch. Without at least finishing the other story first.
Now it’s diverse Scream where all the white people are either weirdos, drug dealers or idiots. You also have the cliche character of these days who is offended by everything.
Otherwise it at least has the Ghostface voice and tries to be more like the movies. Than the first 2 seasons.
But they're still texting at hyperspeed.
