I also adored the first season, which is directly inspired by and better than the film. Mega female empowerment, lots of sexiness, some biting comedy. The second season was good but not as good as the first. Highly recommended and would rewatch.
Thought provoking, artistic, creative, captivating, funny, dramatic and a touch of history that more of us need to know and learn. I enjoyed this very much. At first the storyline was amusing because she's owns her sexuality and is honest with these men about what she wants/doesn't want, but then you learn more about her and the other characters and it goes deeper than just the beginning surface storyline. I liked it a lot and we need more shows like this.
I have to admit, didn't like the last scene, probably the exact romantic "choice" , but I was so hyped about the Thanksgiving dinner and... omg dancing and all?! I didn't mind that much. Hope everyone will be in the next season. My man Jamie especially :D But a big shout out to Greer, whom I hated at the beginning, but then became maybe in love with? He's a narcissist, no doubt, but when he tried... it was so honest and so heartbreakingly vulnerable ... oh jeez.

All I have to say is... Nola & Opal / Nola & Mars cute but honestly.. she don't deserve to be with NONE of them. TBH they're too good for her especially Opal.
