Most refreshing plot I've seen in a long while. Absolutely recommended!

This is not the kind of show where you expect strong story or logic. Just sit back and enjoy the crazy ride. It's a blast to watch Banshee. Can't wait for Season 2.

I'm not sure why I've watched this for so long but it's about time it stops.
Current season is the worst so far and thus I say goodbye.

Back in the day, I was such an X-Phile. I still am, I guess, because I can't stop re-watching it.

What an insane, gritty and brutal show.
While it's silly with what he/they can get away with without tipping/pissing some of the higher-ups or the FBI etc. off but holy crap.

Great first season and I am seriously looking forward to the next one.

Used to be good but steady decline has meant the latest season is unwatchable. If you do watch, stop before you get to season 5, where it turns to complete shit.

WTF... this and other nonsense like that rubs me all the wrong way and really puts me off. Hope they can get more interesting beside that as well, its not the greatest show by any measure.

This show is amazing.Period.

Für mich eine der besten Crime-Serien überhaupt. Allein Staffel 7 war für mich der absolute Knaller und ich bin sehr gespannt auf Staffel 8.

Eine meiner liebsten DVD-Boxen. Bereue es überhaupt nicht gesehen zu haben. Es schmerzt mich echt zutiefst, dass die Serie nicht beendet wurde oder zumindest einen abschließenden Film bekommen hat. Leute die sich von dem Sci-Fi-Genre abschrecken lassen, sollten genauer hinsehen. Sci-Fi bedeutet hier nicht, dass man durchs Weltall schippert oder sowas. Ich war ganz zu Anfang auch skeptisch und später wollte ich fast nicht glauben, dass es wirklich Sci-Fi sein soll, aber man muss dem ganzen echt eine Chance geben.
Und wer für die Serie unbedingt einen Abschluss sucht, sollte sich die drei Bücher zulegen. Sie gehen auf Max Vergangenheit ein, und auch darauf, was unmittelbar nach der letzten Folge passiert.

Ich mag Nathan Fillion sehr und durch ihn wird die Serie eigentlich schon sehenswert. Aber das ganze drum herum reicht für mich nicht aus um weiter zu gucken. Es fesselt mich einfach nicht alles daran. Hier und da war es ganz witzig und wenn die Serie im TV läuft würde ich bestimmt auch nochmal reingucken, aber aktiv verfolgen - nein danke. :(

Irgendwie bietet mir die Serie nichts neues. Der Hauptdarsteller fesselt mich nicht mal im geringsten. (Ausstrahlung) Die Szenerie langweilig und diese komischen Wesen die der da zu Anfang sieht auch. Hab ausgemacht als die Tante sagte sie sei todkrank und im nächsten Moment wie ein junger Hüpfer gegen Hulda gekämpft hat...

I think this might be the best written show on TV at the moment. Warm, witty and kind. I like to save them up and just absorb them all at once.

This is one of my favourite shows in the week now. More slapstick then I'd usually go for, but damnit if it isn't fully committed. Nick makes the show for me. He's like a walking .gif magnet.

I really tried to like Season 9... Really I did, but I couldn't get into it... It felt so generic and lazy as if the cast couldn't care reunite again after season 8's awesome finale in my opinion

This grimdark crime drama really gets to me. Every second we see the unstable John Luther, the uncertain Alice Morgan, or one of the many unpleasant antagonists It's incredibly suspenseful and almost spellbinding.
Carried by Idris Elba, the beautiful cinematography, and of course Neil Cross' genius writing; Luther is an abrasive look into the fine line between right and wrong.

An incredibly charming and hilarious comedy series anchored by a terrible third season after two amazing ones.

A fresh and stylish drama series, sometimes hard to take it seriously though.

A really smart TV show. It is well written and produced.

I never imagined watching a History Channel show after all the ancient aliens and similar nonsense... but jep, this is indeed pretty good so far. Realistic and high quality look and well, history and stuff!

Season 19 has been the best thing in a long time.
