Great advance from normal sc-fi humans v alien scenario.

Seasons 1 is brilliant. Chemistry, storyline, action.. all there. Season 2 & 3 are just generic dead guy of the week/who did it episodes.

I don't really understand the seemingly universal praise the show gets here.
All the characters in it are so incredibly unlike-able that its almost painful for me to watch. I shall try and power through the last 2 episodes for this season but I'm pretty certain that I won't pick it up next season if they don't have something incredible in store for the remaining two. The story is not THAT entertaining or interesting to keep me invested in this show and stomach all the nonsensical decisions and bullshit that horrible mother of that idiot son spouts...

Never should have cancelled this. Amazing production value, solid cast, even won an award. Sigh.

I guess I'm alone on this considering the feedback it's received, but I didn't like it that much.

So happy that they had enough time to film a proper ending but that never should have happened in the first place. This should have made 7 seasons just as easily as The Shield did.. this is Shawn Ryan after all.

Indelibly linked to my childhood, this show always takes me back to a time that I remember as being less complicated when my biggest concern was whether Hawkman would be featured prominently.

The original source material for the"Vehicle Force" episodes of Voltron: Defender Of the Universe. The storyline & characterizations are far more consistent than in Voltron, but it's still not as cohesive as one would hope for a 52-episode series. Still, it offers some fun action moments, & it's worth seeing if you're into sentai & henshin.

What more do you want from your anime: groovy, Partridge Family-esque teens who magically/scientifically transform into avian-themed heros, pilot awesome mechs that combine into a kick-ass super vehicle & battle gender-bending, mutant alien-hybrid hermaphrodite eco-terrorists bent on world domination. Not only is Gatchaman good, weird fun, it also offers a chance to peak into Japanese perceptions of US culture as well as a window into Japanese cultural mores.

This is probably one of the funniest and most heartfelt animes out there. This is a great reverse harem show and you literally fall in love with almost every single character. They start out as your basic stereotypes but everyone has an amazing backstory that is expanded upon. Also, Haruhi is the best.

Amazing show. Takes the whole concept of "magical girl" shows and throws it out the window. Very dark and emotional concepts thrown into a beautiful looking world with great characters. This is a must watch.

It's the Æneid meets Chariots Of the Gods with a healthy dose of Mormon theology & anthropology set in a swinging '70s milieu.

This whole Pelant storyline in season 8 is dragging the series down so much, they should just get it over with. We already have one series with an invincible criminal, his endless supply of followers and powerless hero team. That's not what this series is about.

This is seriously entertaining. A mix of real and staged "reality tv". The saddest part is probably that his faked "Pig rescues baby goat" Youtube-video got more views than all the episodes together. Looking forward to Season 2!

Puh.. guess I won't be back for season 2..

Loved the start of this show, from there it declined a bit, hoping the writers realise and bring it back to the early standard in season 2. The supposed death of Joe was too rushed, hopefully he survived somehow!
