It was an interesting plot, specially the twist of Director Kwan not being the driver of the car.
I think it was an important episode for Clark to stop taking Chloe for granted and actually realize that he might have feelings for her.

Okay it's great that Pamela has "nothing left to lose," but wasn't the main part of the threat that Lionel would disinherit Lex?
Also, how is being in a psychiatric ward going to stop Justin from hurting anyone? He can easily escape, after all.
