[7.3/10] I’m a sucker for John DiMaggio, so seeing him step into Star Wars as a grumpy old bounty hunter who learns that you catch more bees with honey than you do with vinegar works on an easy mark like me. As usual, there's not much to this episode. But the idea of a legitimate bounty hunter working with the kiddos to track down a missing pet is a decent premise.
There’s a solid throughline with the bounty hunter, Ansen Strung, being gruff or impatient when trying to catch his prey, and having to learn from the younglings to be kinder and more thoughtful about his approach. The group of them coming to work together, and Ansen even sharing the wealth once he follows their lead and gets his kibbin, is a simple but sweet place to go with it all. Overall, nothing special, but a cute enough story to cap off the first half of Young Jedi Adventures.
