This was a great episode in so much as the dialogue between the wraith and Sheppard, the rest not so much. I can’t recall if we ever find out a lot more about the wraith, probably not which would be a wasted opportunity as that would be much more interesting than them being a two dimensional baddie. Long live Todd!

Fuck Ronon. His ass should have been kicked to the curb as soon as he started to mouth off.

And, hey, looks like that stupid decision not to kill Koya when you had the chance is coming back to bite you Sheppard. You deserve it for making a completely poor decision to spare an obviously heinous individual.

Incompetent Weir makes the wrong choice to keep Ladon in Atlantis. Apparently she doesn't really want Sheppard back alive. She should have sent Ladon home immediately to interrogate the spies in his ranks instead of wasting 6 hours and the majority of Sheppard life. Complete failure as a leader.

In spite of that, I knew the wraith was going to be an interesting character and he was. A little predictable, but very enjoyable nonetheless. And we learn something new, which I actually thought we already knew... or maybe it was just obvious.

Todd is such a great character. And this is a brilliant introduction for him.

And a great example of why John Sheppard is such an effective member of the Expedition. He has his fair share of predujices, but he is willing to leave them at the door when it comes down to it.

Plus he'll make friends with just about anything. A true example of the human ability to pair bond outside the species.
