Not sure what I was expecting from the last ever episode, but I don't think that was it. It was a good episode, but until the last few minutes it felt like it could have gone anywhere in the season.
Still, there's Ark of Truth and Continuum to go yet.
And those last few minutes really were rather charming and a bit bittersweet. The missions to save the galaxy continue.
Chevron 7 locked.
Awful ending to one of my favourite shows of all time. Only decent part of it was Daniel and Vala but Sam being left with Cam....please.
This was just... such a great series. I grew up on Stargate. This is one of the earliest shows I remember watching with my mom, back when Syfy was still Scifi and TV screens were square shaped.
This series evolved so much over the years and this last episode was a bit of a bittersweet goodbye. I don't think it's what I expected for a final episode, but I can't really complain much either. Compared to the way TV shows are often butchered in the finale now, I think this was a pretty good ending.
It feels bittersweet watching the last scene, knowing the future of what is in store for SG-1 will always remain an unfilmed mystery.
A fantastic way to end the series.
Even if this wasn't the expected ending with SG1 being cancelled it's still a really great ending. I'm not okay.

A wonderful (un)ending to a wonderful series.
