Simmons must not change his car's oil very much. Teal'c has only switched sides once, that I can think of. Or, if we're counting each direction, three times (Apophis -> Tau'ri on Abydos, Tau'ri -> Apophis when Tanith captures him and presents him as a gift, and Apophis -> Tau'ri again in "Threshold").
