"Man, dad loved this thing" said Dean while holding LUCILLE. The shotout to TWD was awesome. I had to stop the episode to tell my sister. I really had to get it off my system. It made me jump with excitement. JDM we miss you!!!
Holy Crap! What an episode. I enjoyed from top to bottom. This second half of the season is awesome. I loved Crowley. His game with Lucifer just got even more interesting. Man, you can be good, but He's Crowley! Holy shit, that last scene was badass. Angel winged Lucifer is going to be my wallpaper in just a few seconds.
I'll never overcome my love of Mark Pellegrino. He drives me absolutely crazy. Just seeing him on my screen gives me goosebumps. When he grabbed that demon minion he totally freaked me out. "See, you just made it weird", lmao. Damn, I missed Mark!
I do love a good old hellhound episode. And we also got insight on Crowley's psychology. And more importantly, we got to see the boys wearing glasses. I'm a big fan.
Cas' subplot felt kinda weird, though. After realizing and reaffirming that the Winchesters are his family, he just goes all adios and leaves. We all know that Cas is gonna choose humanity over Heaven. I want to trust Kelvin because he's not wearing one of those angel suits.
And JOSHUA!! Man, I really liked him. I can't wait to see him back. This got me super hyped.
But Cas is part of Team Free Will. We're all Team Free Will so Screw destiny, right in the face.
BTW, for a sec there I thought the guy in the bar was Rob Benedict. He totally could've been his cousin. And when he called him Man in Beige I couldn't help but think of a spin off with Sam and Dean: Men in Plaid (I'd watch that btw). And Dean calling Gwen the "girl of the week", lol.

loved how they tied in Negan's baseball bat from The Walking Dead...
I'm glad we're seeing more of Crowley. He's funny as hell! :)
The Negan references are gold. This really goes to show how much this cast has become family throughout this series. Even though JDM hasn't been in the show in AGES he still gets nods and respect for his new role and accomplishments. I love that so much!
Only thing that could have made this complete is if TWD did a Sam and Dean reference.
Lucille from the Walking Dead makes a cameo lol.
I very much approve of the simple fact that they didn't drag out Sam hiding his Men of Letters thing for Dean. And Dean's mature, smart reaction to it all. Really shows how much those two have grown over the years.
PART 2:
Dean: "So we lie?"
Sam: "Yeah, a lot".
The whole show in a nutshell. I can't wait to see the blooper of that scene.
Douchebusters vs Ghostfacers! I really need to see that happen. Ed and Harry will smash them! And "From" calling. It cracked me up.
I'm glad Sam didn't keep lying to Dean and that he didn't get passed because of it. But I'm sorry for Dean, he truly feels betrayed. First his mom and now Sam. When he finds out about Cas...poor squirrel.
"I'm 10 steps ahead". I guess that in the CW network all the villains have to be 10 steps ahead of the protagonist. Crowley is Savitar disguised as Adrian Chase. Good one CW.
And poor Baby. She'll always be Dean's #1 woman. That Hellhound hurt baby, she's definitely going down.
This season's been great. The episode was full of one liners and we got to see more of Mark Pellegrino, man I really missed him. When I think Supernatural can't surprise me more, it strikes back.
I really loved Crowley mocking Dean, that and the boys talking at the same time will ever be my favourite thing in the world.
On balance, an awesome episode. Classic Supernatural. This is the reason why I love the show and why I always will.
An absolutely stellar outing. Several arcs were advanced smoothly and seamlessly. The MotW was solid. The humor? Never better. The actors all looked like they had a blast, which happens when you know that you have a good script in your hands. And as for that script, I don't know what the writer was paid for his efforts here, but it wasn't enough. Most series are dragging and most actors are showing signs of fatigue and burnout after just a few years whereas this one still seems so fresh on every level after all these years...
Classic Supernatural. Monster of the week "girl of the week" full of snarky one liners. Plus, Lucifer...does it get any better?

I wondered if the baseball bat that Dean had at the beginning was a nod to Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Lucille in The Walking Dead?
Edit: Noticed from a comment below what Dean said at the beginning of the show ... nice touch guys!
