I think our Raymond Reddington is the real, original one. But he was also Ilya too. He had two identity-changing surgeries. One that created Ilya Koslov when he "died" as his real self/the real Raymond Reddington and one that brought back Raymond Reddington from the dead to help Katarina. Once the latter happened, he decided to stay as his real self instead of going back to being Ilya Koslov. As for what Dominic told Elizabeth about the real Raymond being saved by both Katarina and Ilya only to die, contradicting my theory, it's possible that he's telling what he believes to be the truth but was actually a lie by whoever told him that, likely our Raymond.
The episode was way too slow and calm for all that to be THE truth.
If you're going to use a forged passport/photo just taken at least change your clothing afterwards and your hairstyle slightly.
So, Liz's mother (Katarina Rostova) is using the name of Anna Croft.

I am pretty sure that her grandfather didn't tell her the real story, or that he's in the dark aswell, and doesn't know that this present Raymond is true Raymond Reddington, and not Illya. He never actually died, he survived, and when he found out that Katarina had betrayed him, and his empire taken by an imposter, he killed them both (even tho he loved Katarina very much), and the bones might be actually hers. He's Liz's real father. The show writers are playing games with us again.
