This felt more like a regular episode than a season finale, and honestly I didn't like it. I really missed the final floor show with the three tenets, we had many amazing moments out of these the past seasons, this honestly just felt like a big promotion episode to the boulet brothers: both their podcast and their new song, and not about the artist at all. The winner announcement was really anticlimatic as well.
Real bizarre to remove all the iconic elements of the finale in favor of a boring podcast and waste the final 10 minutes on the Boulets basically patting themselves on the back for making the show. I mean good for them, but why not save this stuff for the reunion episode? Plenty of time to talk then! Super phoned in and underwhelming episode overall, disrespectful to the (very strong) finalists.
