Greatest episode so far. The dialogue scenes of Elizabeth and Philip are so interesting and the acting of Claire and Matt clearly deserves attention (and won, at least Claire did) in the awards season. The coronation ceremony scene was very well made and very emotional, including the "participation" of the Duke of Windsor

without the interpretation of Sir Matt Smith this episode would have been useless

"If it's not yours, whose is it?" India's, maybe?

I love how intimate a show as sweeping, with as much ground to cover, as this one is. It's an insightful look into the British political scene, while still being a touching remark on family politics and the relationship between husband and wife, and father and daughter.

I'm loving it.

Outstanding performances, awesome background music and the cinematography - it was all just perfect! This show is getting better and better.

The conflict and dialogues between Elizabeth and Philip are also getting more interesting each episode. I think it's normal to demand respect from your partner, but to demand something like unconditional obedience is surely not easy. But Philip did the right thing in the end.

this ep really proves you can get away with a lot if you are handsome. cause damn Phillip was objectively being a whiny piss baby this whole ep but matt smith was looking fine doing it so i keep watching.
