At first, I thought my apathy towards the first few episodes of this show was because the ball hadn't really started rolling yet, and nothing was happening. After this episode, and reflecting on the previous two, I'm wrong. A lot is actually happening, it's just never making any kind of impact on me because it doesn't feel particularly inspired. So far, everything feels like a thriller-by-numbers held up by a cast that's better than average (on paper). A lot of shifty characters that we barely know, orbiting a trio of main characters that we never really got to know. It'd be different if any of them were particularly interesting, but they just haven't been so far. I'm guessing that there are all sorts of twists and turns around the corner, I just hope I care when they happen.
