I would not recommend "The Rig" to anyone. The plot is poorly developed and the acting is subpar. The special effects are also lacking. Overall, a complete waste of time.
Another gripping episode keeping up the fast pace. We get a surprising scientific answer to the ash, but not what’s causing it or where it’s coming from. Strange occurrences start happening to people. Is what’s happening scientific or alien? Many questions still to be answered. I rarely binge watch anything but this has me totally hooked.
Still not great. Even Emily Hampshire is acting oddly and she was so organic in Schitt's Creek. The direction is so clunky and everyone is so jarryingly bad. The doctor and head honcho are the only decent actors in the bunch. The guy playing Baz is fucking dire. Why give such a heavy role to someone like him? I do wonder sometimes how certain people even get cast.
