Kind of mad that the scene where King Ander tells Ereteria what happened to Amberlene was not aired…I would love to see her reaction to the news and the grief of losing her friend…I liked Lyra when she wasn’t a princess…wonder how the things will turn between them
Arg, we're falling again fully in the facilities of simplified for teen shows. The Wraiths are tracking Wil. However they seem to only arrive and leave according to random plot without any logical coherence.
They first found him coming from wherever, faraway elsewhere in the world. So they seem to be able to track/feel him. They didn't just canvas the whole world. But they were deceived by an illusion. And lost their trace for hours ? To just find them again conveniently when they want to rest. And there, Wil decides to just jump in the water... So, assuming that they didn't see them ? And that they can't, what, smell them from inside the water ? Did he even think how it would have been if they had just stopped and he had to fight these things while swimming under water ? And so they lost them again. Found again later, again deceived with illusions, but this time the leader immediately find them, because reasons. It's really really stupid.
The Crimson came for Wil's uncle who was supposed to hide. But he's inside his on house, and not dead ? How is that even possible. They didn't find him ? Didn't identify him ? Didn't use his as bait ? But he's a needed source of info, so we-didn't-even-think-this-through-level plot armor.
Already a sign that Bandon's not that bad and will be redeemed before the end. Too bad.
Ander won't even marry a princess to save the world, wow great job king. But he compensates later, when getting Eretria. She's a hero of the war and under my protection bam, nobody complains.
Now General Riga arrives inside the royal palace, with his men, just like that ? When he's probably the number one wanted criminal of the moment ? And he may be good, but good enough to oneshot Allanon ? He may not have been able to use his magic, but we've seen him fight without it before, he's not that weak. But that's yet another flaw of this kind of show, the characters skills and power are only plot dependant.
Confirmed, Mareth's definitively better than Wil. And another new one, Jax seems pretty badass too, great fight.
Eretria's being really bitchy with Lyria, but I guess she has to reconnect with Wil so...
And Catania :(
Really love shannara storylines. Wish they adapted book more closely though. But this season seems more action packed

The whole show is basically: Person A gets captured, person B has to rescue person A. Then someone else gets captured and so on. Pretty boring until they all meet again. I’m wondering when that’s finally going to happen. So far I enjoyed the first season which was focussing on Amberle, Eretria and Wil a lot more.
