[7/10] Hey! One of these I actually liked! There’s some fun animation in Marge’s dish bouncing onto everyone plates, and some nice sardonic commentary on the Simpson family as gobbling slobs in contrast to prim and proper sitcom families. I especially enjoyed Marge’s protestation that dinner should be a “time for communication” and Homer adding that she’s right so “go get the T.V.” It’s the kind of trademark wry Simpsons reversal the series proper would go to again and again. A pleasant little short.
