“The War of The Simpsons” is a pretty decent episode with some good jokes but a weak plot, in my opinion. I preferred Bart and Lisa’s side plot in this one, providing some genuinely funny moments when they're with Grampa Simpson. I also liked the English couple at the marriage retreat, which produced some funny lines, particularly the “Queen of the harpies!” line.
Overall, a pretty funny episode, let down by a weak main plot.
