[9.1/10] This one really works for me as a Simpsons and Frasier fan. Kelsey Grammer and David Hyde Pierce obviously have tremendous chemistry playing off of one another, and that shows up in animated form as well as it does in live action. I also enjoy the mystery and twist here -- that Bart, as usual, is suspicious of his old enemy, but that for once, Bob is actually the good guy, with his brother Cecil being the villain. It's a little too neat, but I like that Cecil's evil scheme is founded on Bob being picked over him to be Krusty's sidekick, and I particularly enjoy Cecil's last line that it turns out to be surprisingly difficult to destroy Springfield and kill Bart Simpson. On the whole though, the episode is just a lot of good fun, between the superb Banter between Bob and Cecil, Bob's growing annoyance at Bart's stalking and his crew of slack-jawed yokels, and the thrilling sequence of escape and danger once the turn in the story happens. Definitely a gem of Season 8.

I kinda feel bad for Bob now. He actually didn't do anything this time 'round.
