Watching this in HD, it's often obvious that the show was originally shot for 4:3 video. In 16:9 some of the framing is just obviously cropped. Not that much in this episode, but still. (It also allows me to see the ship well enough in the transition shots that I can tell that sometimes they just mirror the image, because the small pool at the aft end switches sides.)
