And can anybody please explain to me why Toby didn't tell Sam about the drop-in? I don't understand it. He simply did it out of spite (even though the debacle with Cahill was his own fault). There was no reason not to bring Sam in on it, but to destroy his enthusiasm. Why not warn him? Again, I don't understand it.
