It's fairly derivative (most directly from The Prisoner, but with a lot of other influences thrown in), and ahd a story that never really grabbed me, but it was an interesting watch. Considering it was released in 2010, there's a lot near future technology in here that is now available.
And if you ever have a chance to visit the town where it was filmed (just north of Auckland, in New Zealand), it is worth it.
