No, it's not the best we've seen of this show, but I don't dislike it. Positive is the addition of Michael Pena so far for me.

Better than the season opener... don't quite understand why they included Cathy again. The series worked very well without her for 2 seasons, and hers is the side-plot, at least right now.
I like that Michael Peña is on the right side.

The suspense really isn't there. I really start to understand that they cut the episode count to six but they should have cut it even more. Uninteresting.
