Nothing offensively wrong or bad. Just doesn't have any stand out moments or laughs. Even the characters don't really stand out (though they're more grounded than iconic characters like Kramer, Shelton, Fraiser, Joey, etc.). But a sitcom needs an iconic character - this doesn't have it.
