Another outing, another five minutes (at best) of story advancement and something like 55 minutes of random and disjointed crap. Note to Lynch: I'm pretty sure that we don't need to spend any more time on Cooper channeling Chance the Gardener. We get it. He's having trouble adjusting. And every last person he encounters -- the ones who know Dougie, that is -- is an absolute moron. Five seconds in and each of them should be thinking head trauma or stroke or drug overdose or something. But no, and I'm starting to think that I'm the one with head trauma since I'm planning on being back for more of this underwhelming dreck.

It feels like nothing is happening and also like so much is happening!

It seems pretty clear to me that Agent Cooper is still in there, trying to reach the surface. Maybe more of him is appearing with every cup of coffee he drinks! There was an odd green light playing over Tom Sizemore's face before Coop accused him of lying, it felt to me like it was the same green as the ugly suit he's wearing.

Jacoby's gold shovels turn out to be nothing more than a tacky business venture! Lynch knows we're all looking for bizarre, convoluted mysteries to everything and he completely suckered me with that one! Nice appearances from Jane Levy (very brief) and Amanda Seyfried who appears to be following the same path that Laura Palmer did. I'm assuming that Shelly is her mother.

Everyone yelling at Coop/Dougie on the elevator made me crack up. It was like they were so exasperated from spending the day with him and had just had enough.

The face merge in the mirror from BOB to EvilCoop was nicely done. Quite subtle.

The third season of this show started well, in my opinion. But right now, it's not doing very good. I have no idea what is happening or what will happen. I hope it picks up a bit.

this one was just kinda boring. not a lot captivated me much, though finally getting to see amanda seyfried show up was very exciting. she didnt do much and her scenes left much to be desired, but it was nice to see her regardless. nadines brief appearance was nice, if only because it amazes me how little shes changed in appearance over the years. the briggs fingerprints storyline is interesting enough. bad dale doesnt do much for me (neither does good dale in his current dougie situation to be fair), but the phone call at the prison was a fun scene.

Could this show get any weirder!? I believe so!
