The whole story would never happen if they were more mature and if they had talk properly about their feelings and situations.
Noh Ae Jeong never become a mature person and that's why her daughter doesn't know anything NOT EVEN when she meets her father. You're on your 30, almost 40, and you can't tell her THE TRUTH ABOUT WHATS HAPPEN 14 YEARS AGO?
Noh Ae Jeong is not a victim. She had the same fault in the past as Oh Dae Oh, it was a 50/50. But in present time she is the only responsable.
I'm really sad, because this could be a great history. From episode 7 to 12 was going better and better... and they ruined it.
The last chapter was very painful (in a bad way).
I AM SAD AND DISAPPOINTED. I WANNA CRY.
This is was a let down. The beginning is great, fun and cute, but then starts getting so bad and mostly annoying. I was excited for the portrayal of adult friendships and even the moments the kids share. But then everyone shows they suck as friends and sometimes as a person that it's so annoying.
Everyone is so unfair with Dae-Oh, who is the only truly good character in the whole show that I was mad at all the other characters.
the moment is destroying the books because he knows the truth is so moving. Mostly was not his fault and he's suffering like that and trying to get things right anyway. Although is sad, it's my favorite moment in the show. His despair is so heartbreaking.
For me, he was the best thing about the show, one of the few saving graces.
Ae Jung is just so unfair, arrogant and just to snob... I get the misunderstanding but even after the reveal
that NOTHING is Dae-Oh fault, she doesn't apologize and tells him the truth about eveything
and the daughter, OMG. It's jut so annoying and unfair just like the mother. Ryu Jin is another character that got me so mad, What a shitty friend! He saw is friend suffer all those years and he has some fault in the misunderstanding and again... not even one apology, nothing. How can everyone be bads persons like that!??!?!
Sook-He, Paa Do and even A-Rin have really good moments, but not enough screen time, sadly. They would be great to have more time with, since they don't suck like some of the mains.
The cast is good, some hilarious and some heartbreaking moments, but in the end... Oh Dae Oh deserved better and that gets me so mad that I can't recomend this show.
Its tragedy that this was 16 episodes with no resolution
Such a wasted potential with unnecessary second leads and the most useless one was the young second lead .. he despite being a teacher was pawning for his students teacher making it very awkward in PTA meetings.
There is no logic to both Female Lead rejecting the ML and her daughter rejecting to recognize the father; the dude was a victim in this tragedy and if only he knew !!!
It was all okay until that ending. idek who thought adding a two more years to their 14 apart was a good idea. And no, we did NOT need a Ha-Nee and Dong Chan union wtf.

I feel kinda sad writing this because althought the cast was amazing and the storyline was cute is just... did you know that feeling when you try something and it's ok but it's not bad or good enough to even remember it? That's it and the main problem is that this wasn't comedy or dramatic enough it was just bland I didn't feel any emotion watching it.
I'll give this a 7.2/10 because I love the cast so much but definitely one of the biggest disappointments for me.
