SO GOOD! OMG! How have I only just learned of this show?!
I have no idea where to begin. For me this was one of the best episodes yet. The storytelling was on point and the added music and the way they filmed everything - really well done.
It was interesting to learn more about the governors background and private life, but that just confirmed what every viewer already knew: She's a sociopath and needs help, because she is a really sick person.
The storyline of Liz was also very well written. The conversation she had with Sophie was spot-on and realistic, I waited for such a talk since she showed up in the prison.
But my favorite part: Vera.
The dinner between her and the governor was so full of suspense and I held my breath as Vera didn't flinch when the governor touched her hand, but then the governor backed away as soon as she heard Vera has Hepatitis C. This broke my heart. How could she? It was HER fault Vera got sick and now she lets her down. Poor precious Vera.
The sadest part: Vera walks into the room where Dor gets her baby and the governor screams at her to get out. She was just standing there. Vera's hurt look and the music in the background - just PERFECT. I rewatched it so many times!
This episode made me love the show even more.
The governor is so losing it...really hope she breaks soon.

There are some strange storylines going on this season, but they're being executed pretty well for the most part.
