Chef Tyler is Not very good at teaching. When Holgie was starting to even attempt to cut her Pollock Chef Tyler only told her to make sure to cut down along the spine not towards her hand which she got really close to cutting her hand multiple times. However the biggest issue was Chef Tyler not telling her that she was using the wrong knife to start with! Tell her that she has the wrong knife, to use the filet knife! It's no wonder why she was having such difficulty, and completely butchered the fish.
