Angelina Jolie was great as Maleficent, and I loved the special effects! :)
The film felt rushed, writing wasn't very good, Julianne Moore didn't seem very fit for the role of evil witch-queen and it all lacked a certain depth. Kind of disappointed, even though my expectations weren't even that high to begin with.
The apes looked cool, but the rest of the movie didn't feel very special.
It's a bit slow, but still a beautiful movie.
This was a nice watch, and Charlize Theron and Emily Blunt's performances were great. Unfortunately, the movie lacked any 'special' or memorable moments, which shouldn't have been that difficult to achieve in such a fantasy-filled world.
The musical numbers felt a bit forced and Mowgli was a bit annoying and sassy, but this adaptation of The Jungle Book sure did show us the diversity of the jungle through a beautiful atmosphere. Scarlett Johansson as Kaa was perfect, and Ben Kingsley makes a great Bagheera.
The story didn't really interest me, but the fact that the whole movie felt like one shot was really amazing! For me, form was more interesting than content in this case.
The first part was better, but this one still had its funny moments.
