Not nearly as good as Last Kingdom. The main character is incredibly boring, unlikable, and mediocre acting. The other characters aren't much better and the plots are boring.
The plot is convoluted, illogical, and poorly executed. The writing is predictable and corny. The supporting cast is bad. Not even J.K. Simmons (who I love) could salvage this trasher, which was unsurprisingly canceled after season 1. Despite some pleasant cinematography and music, this is a tiresome watch. By episode 6 or 7, I wished it was over. Still better than most Netflix trash! 4.75/10.
The English voice acting is unbearably phony. The plot is overwhelmingly unrealistic and disconnected, filled with numerous implausible coincidences and dubious flukes. The underlying story is boring and predictable. Gratuitous gore and blood is apparently the main attraction of the show :thumbsdown::thumbsdown:
My least favorite season of Survivor. It's too aggravating to watch Rob & Amber hurt so many people's real feelings so savagely.
Cool show but the judges' decisions are disappointingly whimsical and inconsistent in season 1, which kills some of the enjoyment of the competition and the season. (Season 2 is very good.)
Good Acting: Check, Good Casting: Check, Decent Plot: Check, Great special effects: Check. 8.5/10, great show.

In the first episode, he wears a hidden camera to what is obviously a staged encounter. Hate when these "reality" shows are fake.
